Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Items must have original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Returns can be initiated directly through our online return portal

To start a return, log in using your order number and email address and follow the on screen instructions. 

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Once issued, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

To ensure accurate inventory and the fastest turnaround times, we do not process direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order – we'll take care of the rest.
